1. Digital Delivery Process

  • Training Services: After purchase, you will receive an email with details about scheduling your training or accessing materials.

2. Order Confirmation

You must reply to the order confirmation email to ensure the processing and delivery of your product. Orders not confirmed within 12 hours will be automatically canceled.

3. Shipping Fees

No physical shipping fees apply since all products are delivered digitally.

4. Order Status & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1 hour during our active business hours (09:00 – 23:00 CET, Monday to Sunday).

  • Orders placed outside business hours may take up to 12 hours for delivery.
