Due to the nature of our digital products and services, Kagurao accepts returns in specific cases outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged QuickBooks license, you are eligible for a return and refund. You must provide evidence of the defect within 30 days of receipt.

  • Training Services: If training services were not delivered as promised or were delayed, you may request a return and refund. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Digital Software Products: Once a QuickBooks license is delivered via email, it cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Change-of-Mind Purchases: We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Software License Issues: We cannot accept returns on activated or used licenses.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product or service at contact@kagurao.com.

  2. Provide your order number and describe the issue.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process, including necessary documentation.
