At Kagurao, we aim for customer satisfaction and provide fair and transparent refund terms. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged QuickBooks license or digital product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement. You must report the issue within 30 days of receiving the product.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong QuickBooks software license, we will offer a full refund or a replacement. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Training Services: Refunds for training services will be processed if we fail to deliver the service as described or if an issue arises during the service delivery. This includes failure to schedule or deliver training on time.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving the product or service at contact@kagurao.com.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant documentation or photos (if applicable).
Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product or processing the refund.
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
